and scope of that investigative report from the Company, “Minion Training L.L.C.”
I agree that any such information obtained by the Company, “Minion Training L.L.C.,” under this authorization maybe
made available to the Company’s agents, employees, and representatives to determine eligibility for elite holistic personal training.
This authorization shall be valid indefinitely from the date I sign this Application until the client discontinues Service from the Company, “Minion Training L.L.C.”
All documents and information submitted to, or acquired by, the Company, “Minion Training L.L.C.”
become the property of the Company. A photocopy facsimile or electronic copy of this authorization may be
relied upon as if it were an original.

Return Policy

At Minion Training LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our health and wellness products. We offer a straightforward return policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

4. Return Process

- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

8. Gifts
